Known for its adventuresome programs, Pacifica Quartet will open with three of twelve of Dvorak’s Cypresses, including II Death reigns in many a Human Breast, III When Thy sweet Glances on me fall, and XI Nature lies peaceful in Slumber and Dreaming. Beethoven’s Opus 130 with the Grosse Fuge will anchor the program.
