Hanah Jon Taylor is a veteran member of the Association for the Advancement of Creative Musicians (AACM).  In 1990, he was commissioned by the University of Chicago to organize and direct its first improvisational jazz orchestra.

Willie Pickens is one of Chicago’s most in-demand pianists for visiting artists.  He has performed several times at the famed Chicago Jazz Festival and has been the featured pianist on impresario Joe Segal’s Jazz Cruises, where he has shared the stage with Clark Terry, Louie Bellson, and Red Holloway, among others.  Learn more »
